Aspire Defence Capital Works is delivering around 130 new assets at garrisons across Salisbury Plain Training Area and at Aldershot, to cater for British troops rebasing from Germany in 2019 and units relocating within the UK. ADCW is also building community facilities to meet the increased demand for local healthcare and education provision by Service families moving into the area.
Around 2,600 bed spaces will be provided for single soldiers, with more than 200 alterations, refurbishments, extensions and demolitions. The ABP construction programme includes delivery of a complex technical build for the Royal Artillery at Larkhill, which will become the largest asset of its kind in Defence.
